Our restaurant is centered around an wood-fired grill, designed to capture the spirit of cooking over a crackling fire pit—just like the cowboys did out on the open range. This rustic yet refined approach brings an authentic sense of the West straight to your table. Our menu highlights a variety of wild game you’d expect to find in those wide-open landscapes, including rabbit, buffalo, and elk. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to honor traditional flavors while presenting them in a more elevated, contemporary style. The result is a dining experience that celebrates hearty, wholesome food—bold in flavor, rooted in history, and surprisingly healthy.

Our first Friends & Family night meant more to us than we can put into words.
To everyone who showed up, shared a meal, raised a glass, and filled the room with conversation - thank you. Seeing generations around the same table, watching kids run free, hearing laughter over the fire - it reminded us why we started this in the first place. Long Weekend was built from tradition, from years of gathering around wood fire cooking and good company, and getting to share that with the people closest to us was something we will never forget.
We can’t wait to open our doors and welcome the rest of Houston with the same open arms.
