Open Positions

We’re hiring for multiple roles, including but not limited to:

Front-of-House:

• Hosts / Hostesses
• Servers / Bartenders
• Baristas (Café Service)
• Bussers & Food Runners

Back-of-House:

• Line Cooks (Wood-fired & Grill)
• Pizza Cooks
• Prep Cooks
• Dishwasher / Kitchen Support

Key Responsibilities

• Create warm, memorable guest experiences with attentive, genuine service
• Maintain high presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient, seamless service
• Prepare menu items according to recipe standards (for kitchen roles)
• Represent the Long Weekend brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for hospitality and service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Food & alcohol service certification preferred (where applicable)
